Tim established Catalyst Corporate in 2016, an outsourced accounting, CFO and company secretarial services company focusing on a dynamic approach to deliver high quality services.

With over 15 years experience in the accounting and company secretarial profession, hehas worked in Perth across a diverse range of multinational and small companies. Tim has experience in ASX/LSE listed companies, private entities and working with high net worth individuals.

Tim has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Chartered Accountant, is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Hannah specializes in statutory financial reporting and company secretarial services.

Hannah is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has over 15 years of commercial accounting experience in Australia and the Philippines with 8 years’ experience in senior accounting roles, company secretarial and compliance services for public listed and unlisted companies.

She has acted as Financial Controller and provided company secretarial services to a number of small-cap ASX listed entities.

Having built his career across audit and CFO advisory, Callum brings a strong background in financial reporting and risk assessment across both ASX listed and private entities.
 

He has worked across a diverse range of industries including mining, engineering, technology and retail. 

Callum holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from the University of Western Australia and is a full member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Nadya Chernova is a Senior Bookkeeper with over 20 years experience.
